What you need:
rice (brown, white), protien (salmon, tuna, shrimp, crab, tofu), veggies (cucumbers, edamame, carrots, radish, avocado), toppings (crispy onions, sesame seeds, soy sauce)

Instructions:
1. cook rice according to package/past experiance
2. top with your choice of protien, and veggies
3. finish with toppings and sauce (optional)
4. ENJOY!
